Openwork candy box with enamelled porcelain flowers. Inspired by models from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres (France).
The lidded bonbonniere is almost entirely openworked and decorated with roses, stems and small flowers of different colours. This type of porcelain was highly appreciated in Europe from the 18th century onwards, and models similar to the present one were made in various factories. Specifically, this piece was inspired by boxes from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres.
