Fifteen balusters. Bronze and wood. 18th century. Grouped in sevens, the bronze balusters are placed between two straight painted wooden crossbars, thus highlighting the curved lines, discs and other shapes of the elements discussed. This type of piece was very common in Neoclassicism (as well as in other periods) to decorate a railing, a staircase, etc.
