Pair of candlesticks. Silver in its colour. ASPIAZU, Nicolás. San Sebastián, Spain, towards the end of the 18th century. With hallmarks and initials. Pair of silver candlesticks in their colour with curved profile bases, combining different lines and reminiscent of Rococo models, and a balustrade axis with mouldings and a polygonal section, which extends into the burner. One of them has engraved initials towards the base of the axis. On both pieces, on the edge of the base, you can see the hallmark accompanied by the engraved initials M and Jo. The silversmith Nicolás Aspiazu was active in the city of San Sebastián towards the end of the 18th century and beginning of the 19th century. Weight: 1,250 grams.
