Bronze figure placed on a circular base showing a humbly dressed child, holding a teapot and raising his hand to his mouth in a gesture of shouting or hawking his “merchandise” or services. The piece is reminiscent of European works (France, Vienna…) from the late 19th or early 20th century, both in the material chosen and in the subject matter of the sculpture, its size, composition, detail, etc. The inscription on the base (P. Dubois) refers to the sculptor Paul Dubois (France, 1829-1905), whose work inspired this sculpture (especially one in particular, very similar to this one).

Art Deco style lady lamp. The square base of the table lamp has curved profiles, and from the foot emerges a young woman, hugging the trunk, which ends in a rounded shape from which three rods with leaves emerge that hold the glass lampshade. This has green, blue and pink tones and veins that give the appearance of colored stone. Pair of porcelain figurines. “Young couple with baskets”. Inspired by models from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres (France). The bases of the figures have legs made with stylised plant motifs and flowers in relief. These, together with the very idealised clothing of the young people and the theme of the work, relate it to the main European porcelain factories of the 18th century. However, the great popularity of these sculptures and their quality led to their continued creation throughout the following century. The examples present show many points in common with cobras from the Manufacture Nationale de Sèvres (France).
