Reference: AP012
Euphonium in gold metal. Non-functional decorative use. Also called euphonium, it is a brass wind instrument with a conical tube and three pistons invented by Ferdinand Sommer of Weimar in 1843, Carl Moritz in 1838 or Adolphe Sax in 1843. It is not very well known or used because it is not orchestral (except for its appearance as soloist in bands), but its shapes make this instrument a magnificent decorative element.
