Pair of violet growers from the 19th century. Calamine. Pair of sculptural violet vases made of corrugated iron, inspired by the Rococo style. The vases have a sinuous profile and are entirely covered by rocaille decorations in relief. The figures holding them, two classical “putti”, are worked with naturalism both in their modelling and in their position and movement.
