Devotional plaque; Saint Vincent Martyr, either from Huesca or Zaragoza or Valencia. Bronze. 19th century. Oval bronze plaque with a circular element at the top and a frame to enhance the relief inside, which shows a young man, dressed as a priest, with the Palm of Matirio, a cross on his back and a stone or millstone. These elements identify him as Saint Vincent of Huesca, also called Saint Vincent Martyr, Saint Vincent of Zaragoza and Saint Vincent of Valencia, martyred at the beginning of the 4th century, placed on a cross in the shape of a cross, skinned, put on a grill, thrown into a dungeon where he died, and his body thrown into the Turia River in a skin tied with a millstone. Weight: 185 grams.
